it is just plating issue, no extra value. Take a tooth pick to see if bubble moves around , it is just gas under plating.

@trev, often times, but not always, you can depress plating bubbles with the tip of a wooden toothpick.

I pressed it with the wooden toothpick. Toothpick broke #128518;it's hard nothing happen.

Sometimes the bubble will not move but trust us, it is just a plating bubble and has no value.
