1969-S---Haven't-Recognized-This-

I looked through and didn't see an example for the bottom hook of the "S" being that thick. Just looking for opinions because I'm not sure

It looks like it has been flattened by a hit.
Notice the top of the 6 is also damaged.

Appears to be a hit on the mint mark--given the single pic posted. Without full, large and sharp images of the obverse and reverse, it's somewhat difficult to understand the full context of what we're looking at.
