hey my peeps I know its only been a weak or so my internet said it needed a break but I just picked up this 1999 P nickel is it doubled on both the obverse and reverse if so what kind of doubling or is it machine doubling or what kind is it and also what is that on the monticello can the monticello be doubled or what is that underneath it
