Does the combination of date over date mint mark over mint mark, BIE, and filled in R make this a new variety? How would I find value of such a coin?

@good, your cent has three die chips. Some folks have invented cool names for some of them (like BIE and skirted R), but I don't think that these really add much of a numismatic premium.

Might be LDB4-1960D(SD)-005 4FH+ as listed on cuds-on-coins. It even has the reverse die chip on T of CENT.

Not die varieties, but die events as mentioned. Why are they not a die variety? They were not there on the first strikes of the die. Then happened during the life of the die. Thus they are not die varieties. (Like DDO / DDR/RPMs)
