I'm not sure if there's any special but the luster and the shine on this going is unbelievable could it maybe be a 1969 s no s. With the S being missing maybe

I see a lightly circulated business strike 1969 Philadelphia mint cent. It is not a proof, not a San Francisco mint and not a doubled die.

If it appeals to you in hand then great- keep it. Just know it has no numismatic premium.

Unless I am mistaken, if your coin was a 1969 no-S proof, then it would be the only one known (unique).

With proof coins, they are struck two times. (Note the strength of the strike on these coins?) Thus the relief is a lot stronger. Just a normal 1969 cent.
