I love the toning on this coin, I'm trying to make out what the lines could be on the obverse. Is this what the grading companies refer to as graffiti or just someone got bored? Obviously a details coin and it's been cleaned but still a neat one to me.
What do you make of it?

Close up pic is too blurry but looks like PMD not graffiti.

I think it would be Details - Scratched or Damaged and not Details - Graffiti.

A TPG would likely call it tooled. Whether it is enhancing details or altering the design, it is purposeful and done by a somewhat skilled hand, so I think it is tooled rather than graffiti.

Whatever it's called, it's PMD.
