This dime has correct dia but the weight should be 2.27 this one is 2.30 grams

It's within tolerance for weight. Appears to suffer from traumatic post-mint damage, however.

It is PMD. Double check your scale. 2.27 grams is normal with mint tolerance of +/- .09 grams. Regardless of weight it is PMD.

If your scale is accurate this is within Weight Tolerance.

As already stated - this is a damaged coin with no numismatic premium.

looks like rim was ground off deliberately to attempt to use the coin for making false die clashes with other coins. poor attempt though.

You can duplicate this by rubbing it on concrete or sandpaper.
