I found these two Buffalo nickels on the same wooded hillside where I dug up the 1852 Braided Hair Large Cent last month. One is a 1936 and the other, I believe, is a 1920. Under magnification it looks like the top of the 2 and 0 in the date still show.

The ground wasn't as kind to these nickels as it was to the large cent.
