Hello, I have a question about this $10 bill. It belongs to my mom and she has had it since she was young. She is 70 years old now. She was wondering if it has any value due to the printing? I will attach some pictures. Thanks so much!

Printing looks pretty "normal" to me. These were printed on wet paper if I remember correctly.

The 10$ it was worth in the 1930's and 1940's was worth a lot more then than the 10$ it is worth today! 10$ back then would pay a months rent. 10$ today barely gets you a Happy Meal at MickyD's!

As far as any collector premium? May be a couple of bucks to someone looking for one.

Welcome to CCF.
By offset, I'm guessing you're referring to the uneven margins. Collectors consider your note poorly centered which subtracts from its value. The true value lies in the fact that it belongs to your mom.
