Is it true the 2017 penny minted at the Philadelphia mint is the penny to actually have p on them? Just seen a YouTube video on that...? And if so are they worth anything?

Link to said youtube video? Pictures of the coin in question. From a fast google it seems that Philadelphia in fact used the P mint mark.

There are 4,361,220,000 out there, that's a lot, so I think, at this point, worth one cent. In another 20 or 30 years, if you have a high end coin, that has not disintegrated, from zinc rot, it might be worth more. My personal opinion.

Yes, the 2017 is the only one to have the P mint mark on it. It is easily found in circulation. (or on ebay)

That year was for the first time to has P mint mark for the 225th anniversary of the Philadelphia Mint. No other penny before or after has MM, the postings with No MM are just scams.
