I finally got a 1995 Premier proof set I have 1992 and 1995-1998 - just need the 1993 and 1994 at some point. I already have all the Prestige sets and the LESP Sets.

1993/1994 premier sets, and Pre 1950 proof sets in OGP. My proof sets are dated Inclusively from 1950 to 2022 (2023 ain't out yet..) My uncirculated mint sets in OGP start at 1952 to 2022 (so far)

Comparing notes, what are your hardest years for the LESP?

Not exactly what you are asking, all were easy to get, but the pricing of them, I guess the 2012 cost me $180 from ebay, but the 2021 was the most expensive at $235 directly from the mint

Definitely the first 3 years are tough. I'm fairly happy with the condition of mine.

Ah, ok. Well, I got most of your question answered, as for condition - on the LESPS I would only buy a set that had (to the naked eye) flawless. No milking up, no Carbon spots on the surfaces. But the hardest one to get was the 2021, because the Mints website was VERY crappy then and I kept getting site errors, and I was afraid It would sell before I finished my purchase. (I think everybody wanted the 2021 due to the fact it has both Eagles in it.

The Premier Silver Proof Sets from 1992 to 1998 are the nicest the mint has put out. I purchased all seven sets from a seller in 2019 and am happy to have them complete with all mint packaging.

I'll be buying the last 2 next week (once the 'more' important bills are paid) 1993 and 1994, then I'll have one each of every mint proof and mint uncirculated set the Mint released from 1950 to this date.
