My proof sets are dated Inclusively from 1950 to 2022 (2023 ain't out yet..) My uncirculated mint sets in OGP start at 1952 to 2022 (so far) Collecting since 1972. Well, I got most of your question answered, as for condition - on the LESPS I would only buy a set that had (to the naked eye) flawless. No milking up, no Carbon spots on the surfaces. But the hardest one to get was the 2021, because the Mints website was VERY crappy then and I kept getting site errors, and I was afraid It would sell before I finished my purchase. (I think everybody wanted the 2021 due to the fact it has both Eagles in it. Collecting since 1972. Learning from then on "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember.
