2025 Morgan And Peace Dollar Proof Coins Available On September 11

US Mint - The United States Mint (Mint) will begin accepting orders for the 2025 Morgan dollar Proof Coin (product code 25XF) and 2025 Peace dollar Proof Coin (product code 25XL) on Thursday, September 11 at noon EDT. Production is limited to 180,000 units for the Morgan dollar and 170,000 for the Peace dollar. For each product, orders are limited to 10 coins per household for the first 24 hours of sales. Both the Morgan and Peace dollar Proof Coins will be sold via the Mint's website, the toll-free number, 1-800-USA-MINT (872-6468), and at the Mint's sales centers at the Philadelphia Mint, the Denver Mint, and the Mint Headquarters Coin Store in Washington, D.C. The 2025 Morgan and Peace dollars are struck at the San Francisco Mint, rendered in 99.9% fine silver with a reeded edge, and priced at $95 each. Each coin is encapsulated and packaged in a single, elegant blue box with a sleeve, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.  Check out 2025 Proof Morgan and Peace Dollars on ebay.

I suspended the Morgan Proof subscription; will still get the Peace.
@Boba: Enhanced Reverse Proof set would be a great replacement for the current Reverse Proof two coin set (next one drops on 11/25/25)

I collect all reverse proof coins not just the ASE and Morgans, Peace dollars but .10 .25 .50 and comitatives, the mintage is low so the coins should increase in value quickly good investment. I missed out on a Gold 100$ 2019 DCAM with enhanced finish gold was @ 2650.00 ish at the time last year the coin was @ 4500.00 Price guide I dropped out @ 3250.00 sold for 3325.00 now price guide is over 10000.00 Edited by RWC112

The Mint cut back the Product Limit from 300,000 each in 2024 to the figures cited in the OP. If the "Available to Sell" numbers are accurate, there's either a boatload of 2024's awaiting the next "garage sale" event or a huge stock of .859 oz. planchets destined for a foundry melting pot:
2024 Morgan Proofs Sold: 187,216 (includes 40 coin bulk lots); ATS: 124,075
2024 Peace Proofs Sold: 169,518 (includes 40 coin bulk lots); ATS: 141,917
Available to Sell Figures for the 2025 issues as of this morning: Morgan Proofs (25XF) -- 66,234. Peace Proofs (25XL) -- 66,451

You're welcome, Morgans Dad. I've decided this will be my final year of subscribing to the Peace dollar issues from the Mint. It's my favorite coin design and I'm seeing them available on. the secondary market for less than the USM issue prices. . .if they continue the series, I can always circle back a few years down the road. . .I'm still in for the two coin reverse proof set for 2025, but that's it. Ship notice for the Peace proof received at 9:12am PDST ATS : 61,904. . .approx. 4,500 sold in 3.5 hours. The Morgan isn't doing very well either: ATS: 60,764. Approx 5,470 sold on opening day. " Even a clock that's stopped is right twice a day. "

I Also suspended My Morgan silver dollars subscription, I Still receive the Peace dollars, They originally minted a 1925 Coin.... ( 100 th anniversary ).  Morgans Not.  If The 2025 Morgan Reverse Proofs were to be changed to an Enhanced Reverse Proof Finishes, As prior noted, That Would require Another Looksie then.  |
