Some of the presidential commemorative silver dollars, their eyes are creepy.

SBA dollars are on my list. Not a big fan of a lot of modern US coinage: recent years quarters, or any of the small dollars after SACs. Reagan has to be one of the worst. If you cover the right side of the face, the left half looks like Jack Nicholson in The Shining.

Comment on collecting hints for the Churchill Crown, as published in Coincraft's 1998 Standard Catalogue of English & UK Coins 1066 to Date (p.489): "There is no doubt many would say that the beauty of the Churchill Crown increases in direct proportion to the amount of wear it has sustained".
Somewhat cynical, but perhaps the 'many' would agree.

On the matter of the Churchill Crown, I came across a subtly toned, low MS example a few years ago--the toning appeared 'natural' to me. Anyway, It looked rather decent.

That Reagan image isn't very good IMO. I met him when I was young before he was CA governor, got his autograph.

I dislike the draped bust heraldic eagle reverse.

I started to collect Mint rolls of the Presidential dollars. After Adams I realized that I don't care for the designs. Other than that, the Widows Mites give me the creeps and I won't have one in our house! Ugh! As for Churchill - I have one too. He certainly wasn't anything close to handsome and his coin definitely reflects that. I acquired my "Churchill" just for kicks.

I wish that modern US coinage would depict devices that represent Liberty rather than honoring actual persons. Then again it would appear that our great mottos and legends have become meaningless as well lately.

I love all thing quarters, especially older ones, but I really hate the Standing Liberty quarters, poorly struck and super busy. Reverse is fine, obverse is bleh!

Creepy Jefferson gets my vote. Believe it or not, I also dislike the St Gaudens $20, perhaps more because I like to be contrarian than anything else. She's wearing a sack, her face looks like an orc helmet from Lord of the Rings, her leg is both inside and outside the dress, the sun rays emanate from two different points, and try holding a torch like that with both your thumb and your fingers facing the viewer. There, I said it. :)

The mint decided to honor voting rights activist Nina Otero-Warren by depicting her patiently sitting at a table with her hands crossed.

Peace dollars —— the all look VF, the Eagle looks weak and Miss Liberty has a constipated look on her face.

I don't like the 1, 2 and 5 pesos coins struck by Argentina in 2006 about human rights. I have nothing against the topic, but the design is terrible in my opinion. The obverse looks rather empty, while the reverse has the country's name and face value written in a letter type that deserves a place in a subreddit called "Crappy design".

Subjects like Nina Otero-Warren do not lend themselves well for coin designs, however significant their contributions. A very forgettable tribute.
