@kan, first welcome to CCF. Second, your overall pics are quite good, but we are going to need a much clearer close-up image of the mintmark to know for sure what you have there. With that said, I'm not seeing a RPM that is as far away as your seems to be. Here is a link to the varietyvista website for RPMs on the 1963 D cents to help you with your research:

I'm guessing you are asking about an RPM (Re-Punched Mintmark not a doubled die.
But please all the annotation you put on your mages detract and block crucial details we like to see .
Also your 'extreme' close up is of no help - zooming in on a regular image to a small specific spot, just increases the pixilation of the object you want us to look at. It would be far better to just use the zoom function of your camera and get a great (not good) focus of the MM to show us.

Photos a bit difficult to use. Sharp images would be an improvement. Yes, I fully appreciate that macro coin photography can be a bugger. As always, beware Pareidolia.

Looking hard for reflections. If it is a die issue, it will be raised. (Often as much as the mintmarks devices)

Note the enlargement of RPMs. Not all are that far away from the normal mintmark.
