Yes, advanced Die Deterioration, I'm thinking.. Evidence of a ridge ring--especially present from the last T in TRUST, down past the date. A feature consistent with Die Deterioration.

An aging die and stains. If there were something there, the condition of the coin would cancel out any value for this one. So when a coin look undesirable, I toss them back into circulation without a look. Save your eyes for coins that would consider buying. If you wouldn't buy it, chuck it.
