Aside from the 9 having a chip, the rest of the obverse seems off to me. Can't put my finger on it. Any comments or thoughts?

The L in Liberty looks to me a DDD, there small die chip in liberty too between B and E and on T. I think the 7 looks like a MD.
I see the Crack on reserve. And I'm questioning possible column either MD or extra column first bay from left.
Isn't the 1987 I think is known for this? I have some lovely 87 (P) with same as poster.

Any thoughts?
