Dearborn Moderator United States 97925 Posts	Posted 04/22/2023 09:22 am No, it is not considered post mint damage - (Hmm 'pre' mint damage?) the lines are created when the rollers that are used to flatten out the sheet of material (copper in this case) to the correct thickness prior to getting the blanks punched. at times the rollers (top roller or bottom, or both can accumulate dirt and this is what causes the lines.
