Looks like it is an early 1980's ish Cadillac Fleetwood. They were the true definition of car that was called "a boat" by many drivers from that era.
I think it might be a 1976 Cadillac Deville, due to the third side windows. You only get a glimpse at :44. the video title says "1976 Lincoln Cent Car" but that must refer to the coins, not the make. It's clearly not a Lincoln. I had a used 1975 Eldorado 500cc and man that was a lot of car. I didn't cover it with coins though.

Wow! I have seen some strange vehicles in my time but that is a first for me. Can just see someone chipping a few bucks off of it, to get a Big Mac.

So is it a Cadillac that's a Lincoln, or a Lincoln that's a Cadillac?

What you really need is this one, a Lincoln covered in Lincolns.

This Caddy pictured by the OP is on display at a museum in Illinois about an hour and a half away from Chicago. The museum website says it has over 100000 coins attached to it adding almost 2000 lbs to its curb weight. The top is covered in Bicentennial half dollars. Didn't see anything on the museum site about what the year and model the car is but I'm now leaning towards a 76 sedan De Ville or Fleetwood sedan of some sort.

Whatever it is, it is a boat!
