I do wonder how much weight was added to this vehicle but don't think they are worried about gas mileage HA HA.

Looks like it is an early 1980's ish Cadillac Fleetwood. They were the true definition of car that was called "a boat" by many drivers from that era.

Destroying coins is illegal in Canada but, with certain exceptions, isn't illegal in America. Destroying pennies for scrap metal is illegal, but destroying pennies for "art" is legal.
