I'll say MS details (scratched).

MS62 straight grade...those scratches are likely just bag marks...

I would say MS63 even with the scratch at the nose. The lower one looks like a die break to me.

The scratches are bag marks? Maybe, but scratches are scratches.

Looks like at least one die break along the bottom to me too. If that's a die break I'd grade it as a 63. A perfectly straight line like that always makes you wonder a little bit though. Could possibly be some weird planchet flaw instead? I feel like I've seen a post in here in the last year with something similar. It's also very well struck with sharp details. Struck a bit off centre towards 12 o'clock, enough so that the rims are a little weird, particularly at 10-12 on the reverse.

I don't think that it's a die crack either. It's too straight and runs across the field and then across his neck. A normal D/C ends when it hits any part of the design, unless it travels through the die recess and comes out somewhere else. This whole thing is a straight line, probably a scratch. He hasn'r siad whether it was recessed or raised. Still a nice keeper coin for someone who doesn't have one.

I've looked at a ton of these online and never seen a die crack at all, let alone one that large. If you have the coin in hand, post some other images.
