For the moment, I'm thinking Die Deterioration.

Is there a known attribution for this RPM on any of the sites?

The marks on the devices in the direction to the closest rim are die wear or DDD on these single squeeze dies. The marks on the other side of the devices is Machine Doubling. Neither are a doubled die, as the die is normal. The Die wear issue is a Die event. The Machine Doubling is a striking event. So this is never a doubled die, unless the hub is doubled. Events happen, but doubled dies are created on the dies and the coins struck by these dies are called doubled dies.

Crater and Tacc, just so you know, they quit doing hand punched mint marks after 1989, so you will not have an RPM after that date either.
