@bent, it looks to me like the mintmark is in a different spot on #007, which means this can't be that RPM. I see what you are talking about on the top denticle though.

I'm not entirely certain it is an RPM. I have seen many zinc cent from the Denver mint that showed a defect in that same location that turned out to be split plating and then some zinc rot from a burst bubble.
BUT, I'll search out VV to see if I'm wrong here..

I agree with Spence here - the MM is in the wrong spot for the VV 005, but maybe the VV-002? But the VV one also looks more like split plating as well. (Look on VV site and you can see the grey of the zinc core) but it looks like yours..
