Inside top of "GO" of GOD and also the last T in Trust. I'm pretty sure the T is a die chip but no the others.

The areas of the devices towards the rims, is just die wear. That is the first areas they are affected as the die age.

Happens as the dies age. On your coin there are baby steps. Eventually as the die ages, it walks to the rim. (as seen in the image above) on the last 'T' that is Machine Doubling.That is the direction probably most of the other devices will also be affected. Not a doubled die. A doubled die is seen on the centers of the devices. Not on the outside edges of the devices.
