looks like a WAM to me. 2 other tells are the A in 'States' is centered and the 'FG' is close to the Memorial.

Do not mistake the WAM in a business strike with the proof. As stated, the proof WAM is normal but not on the business strike. That is the one you want. If you do find one the value will be 5 to 125 dollars depending on condition. It will cost you about 40 to 50 dollars to get it slabbed.

Okay, I see that now. The error comes from this proof side being struck on a normal penny. So this is normal. Thanks for the help
