This topic comes up rather frequently. IIRC, Mel Fisher's outfit did not digitize and store photographs of all of the coins - if any. I've seen some COAs with clipped-out polaroids of the coin.

Also, keep in mind that there were many shipwrecks where the cargo was Spanish colonial coinage. Without a COA, it will be virtually impossible to positively attribute this coin to the Atocha.
