Anyone Know What This Is? (2019 And 2005 D Cents)

The 2019 one got me a lil stumped bc just the letters and some of Lincoln face is zinc and the rest is plated all around it. Then on reverse, it seems the scratches are behind the lettering .. on the 2005 D, I haven't seen anything like it. Any input? * Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title.
