back when I managed a grocery store if we found a fake bill or our bank found one in our deposit, we had to turn it in to the secret service. So, if I found a fake silver eagle, which has a one dollar denomination, then would the secret service want to know about it?

I wouldn't bother them, unless you bought it online or some such and want to report the seller. I'm sure they're aware of the flood of fakes being sold on not-to-be-mentioned websites.

You let the seller and ebay know that you want a full refund. The seller knows he is selling fakes that can be proven. The seller sold three PCGS holders with all the same cert numbers 32906410. These are not stock photos as two of the coins have the reverse up and one has the obverse up. If you do not get a refund, take it up with law enforcement.

Report that crook, ebay needs to ban him.

This guy needs to be reported to somebody - if he gets enough money from these items, it can most likely add up to grand theft..

How do you test these coins in the container?

You need to leave the seller negative feedback for the selling counterfeit coins. Put the counterfeit PCGS cert number in the feedback. Build your case for a refund from ebay with photos and dates and Item number of the 3 PCGS counterfeits sold. Show a photo of a genuine 1995 and your cracked out counterfeit photo with circles around the 3 rays and the P in TRUST. Do not accept that because you cracked out a counterfeit, you are not entitled to a refund.

I have the impression that the Secret Service only cares about counterfeit circulating bills/currency.
