Maybe come from the recycle company because in the Mint facility those bins could not be open. Interesting and also a good example. The Price? I have no idea but seem to be very honest one. I don't see any of the design or reeding, so I'm thinking it's a waffled quarter planchet. I had tons of waffled coins and planchets a few years back that I bought on ebay. I even had a Kennedy half that was certified as BU. The most interesting waffled coin I had was a Susan B. Anthony dollar that was PCGS certified BU https://www.PCGS.com/cert/14747762 There was a CCFPress post a couple of years ago that has an image I did of waffled coins and planchets http://goccf.com/t/393831 ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting?
