I would say somewhere around VG10 - F12 but difficult without clearer photos.

I think the mint numbers were about 200 million made so not so rare

fairly poor photos make it a challenge to assess your coin. out of focus and a little too much glare from light. the coin is damaged. whatever is on the obv left side. it may be verdigris but unable to determine due to the focus, Maybe VG details and only worth a place holder in a set until a nicer example is found. it doesn't have any collector value
