Wondering what you think about grade and if worthy of sending to PCGS or NCG?

There is a die break that runs through almost every reverse letter and from left wing to rim.

Neither set of pics show surface details clearly.

It is not worthy of sending to a TPG.

Pic quality aside, I can tell that it is a very decent strike. The reverse is marred by a tiny ding but otherwise looks extraordinarily clean and quite beautiful.

There's enough resolution in one of the pics to reveal some very nice milky luster.

The obverse is somewhat less promising. It's really not worth slabbing such a common date unless you're in MS65 territory, which this coin is not. But that doesn't mean it isn't a very nice coin in its own right.

Hard to see the 6 in the date in your pics, but it looks like a VAM-6A (or 6B).

Pics getting better. Probably VAM-6a. Again, it's a very nice coin.

Thanks I think its a nice coin. :-) So I was thinking 6b also. but does it need to match exactly? I'm as new as new to vams. so if not than that makes sense & I agree.
Here are a few other things I noticed:
Tripling on B & U, Doubling in LI/ clash die BER, star doubling. lots if die cracks-obv (date-star) & rev.(almost entirely)

Nice Morgan - I like it. From the VAM perspective, only ANACS or VSS will attribute this particular variety and it carries little premium. Unless you are putting together a personal slabbed set, I wouldn't send in for attribution.

MS64...the coin would need to grade at 65 minimum to be even close to considering slabbing it

I'm thinking strong MS63--pushing 64, given the posted pics. Very nice!
