A full coin pic front and back would be helpful. Might be Feeder Finger Damage or maybe a die clash? A date of the coin would help also.

Unable to fully evaluate because your photos are distorted by overmagnification beyond the 800x800 pixels the board recommends. Please use a size of 800x800 or so because that tends to make a sharper image, and works with more equipment which allows more members to participate.

I'm onboard with FFD (for now) here - but the feature resembles the memorial, just slightly rotated and raised.

I agree,it has that look to it. Iwas also thinking it kinda looks like Abes jackets folds just rotated,maybe. I don't know if an overlay would be useful or not.
