It's not a given that those surfaces are impaired, but the pics make it appear that way. If the pics are faithful, then like everyone else, I'm at AU details.
That said, I do see some points of what could be original luster coming through. You might give us another look with new pics using different lighting.

The mint mark looks funny to me. What is the weight and diameter of this coin? Magnetic?

Looks like a cleaned AU details VAM 4 to me (if there's a die chip in G of GOD it might be a VAM 7?)
