I'm wondering if this coin could be authentic or not. I don't have weight and size but I am trying to get it.

I don't see any red flags to suggest a fake. It's a type 2 obverse and reverse, and the tilted mintmark and broken R in DOLLAR look okay.

The mint mark doesn't align with the 2 I have
