Lincoln Cents are not clad, but instead electro-plated.
I have never heard of 'double clad (plating).
But if you are referring to the mint mark - that is a split plating on a zinc cent and zinc rot setting in.

I'm also seeing more split plate doubling on the reverse at the tops of most of the letters in UNITED STATES. None of that adds to the value of this cent.
