I got the text and email. But the link says "We're sorry, no products were found for your search". Guess we'll have to wait until tomorrow to see what's available.

It will be interesting to find out what stuff that they will be offering.
Interesting they are calling it a sale and then say - "Even though inventory is limited for these in-demand products, they will be sold at regular prices."
As well as this statement - "Shop with confidence. All coins have been examined and evaluated prior to this sale to ensure they meet the strict quality standards of the United States Mint, the Nation's official manufacturer of legal tender coinage."

I'm not a graded/ slabbed coin collector, but I wonder if this opens up a new label type. Depending on the coin, if this works add value if the coin was purchased in this "vault sale"?

I wonder if they have any pre-1800 dated coins left? I'll purchase those at original sale price. If it's simply returned modern NIFC examples then why the buzz? I'll monitor this thread to see what gems become available to those of you who collect the modern stuff. |
