( about the Lincoln Cent, off-center, in the PCGS holder ) ...I contacted the seller, & he insists that all is legit, as he (says) he sent the coin to PCGS himself ...hmmm... the guy seems legit, has plenty of 100% positive feedback, & his items all seem o.k. ... something's amiss... suggested he contact PCGS, could be their mistake ...
