Found 1942 Beauty In My Cash Register!

Exmm5678 New Member 8 Posts	Posted 12/26/2023 2:32 pm I probably found the nicest wheat head penny today from 1942. Wondering if anyone can tell me more and if anything seems different? Something about it, I can't shake that something is off about it. Anyone care to take a look? Even if it is nothing, pretty cool finding such a beautiful coin amongst the cash register! I could pop a few low MS, late '30s wheat cents out of an album I have and spend them at the supermarket today. This was the best find I have had in decades! I used to collect coins before I joined the military, but lost it to time. I have picked it back up with my youngest son, we've been having a great time.
