great photos. I think your coin is a solid MS63 has a really good shot at MS64RD.

i have an 1898 with 2 spots like that and ANACS graded it MS65. I don't they are that big a deal to drop it an entire grade

Coin arrived today and I couldn't be more pleased. Strike is razor sharp. The only real flaw is the spot on the jawline. This coin is almost impossible to photograph - it just glows with luster. In hand it's better than the pictures. Shot at MS64? This will go to PCGS with the next group I send. Comments?

Seems to have a number of ticks. The luster may push it to 64, but I'll say 63.

i have a 98 that has a carbon spot similar that still graded MS65RD. I don't think thats going to affect anything. I think it has a chance at MS64. 63 worst c ASE
