to the CCF I hate to burst your enthusiasm bubble ... but this is not an error coin. It's simply damaged from time in circulation from conditions that moved the metal around. It did not leave the mint this way ... we know it as PMD. Value is 1 cent. Keep searching, show us what you have before you even consider paying for grading fees.

to the CCF 100% damage We call these, parking lot coins. Looks like it's been ran over a few times.

Lots of smeared metal on this coin—perhaps it spent some time in a parking lot getting run over.

People make the mistake of thinking all odd looking coins are collectable coins sought by the coin hobby. A person wanting to find something the hobby is interested in has to know how error coins are made by knowing the minting process and the die making process. Otherwise expect to get fooled time after time (after time after time :D). ebay and online "get rich quick with this coin!" videos are NOT a source for fact. Funny colors, most weird marks, dents, missing letters, splotches, discolorations, etc. are typical of damage and not collectable errors. Spending time at error-ref.com and reading it like a book is a start to not being fooled by hyped up online misdirection.

To CCF! Your coin has had a rough life. It's just a damaged cent. PMD.
Errers and Varietys.

The error coins are out there - you just need to learn how the coin are actually minted and how the errors occur first.

You are more likely to find a variety than an error. John1
