The coin is PCGS graded
1988 $1 Silver Eagle Ultra Breaks Gold Rush (Regular Strike) ms70
I need a value on this coin please. Thanks

I don't know what your slab says but I'm pretty certain it's a standard bullion American Silver Eagle, if it's PCGS and MS70 and 1988 there is some premium as not many got the MS70 grade. As to value the coin has a minimum value of $25-$30 and could go up to several hundred if the MS70 is a clean grade (coin didn't get milk spots)
