yep, nice catch of the 'invisible clash' Jon.. lots of polishing abrasions noted here.

Thanks for checking it out, everybody! I have seen much more extreme polishing "lines" on many coins but never the severity of depth on the bay areas as this.

I'll answer that, the bays are the highest part on the Die. So it got polished not the column because it is incuse on the Die.

Pretty cool! Must of been a pretty severe Die Clash.
