This 1945 Canadian Cent Has An Odd Backwards 37 On The Head Of The Coin.

Yes, it would be seen on the other coin as a reverse image. When one coin is pressed hard enough into another it acts as a die of sorts leaving the image and letters in reverse when they transfer.
