1998 P Roosevelt Dime W/ Lines On Reverse

Interesting 1998 P Roosevelt dime with horizonal lines behind the elements of the reverse (Olive and Oak branches, body of the Torch). I don't know if it is a planchet issue or a reverse Die issue! So I thought perhaps some one has seen this before. Take a look at the pics, the obverse seems normal. Regards to all.

My first thought was Feeder Finger Damage, but I don't think I've ever seen it go perfectly horizontal.

I think this is typical for dimes. seems to be different for different denominations and even years.

Well,die gouges but not 100% sure on FF.The die looks well used so maybe die abrasion lines?
