1998 P Roosevelt Dime W/ Lines On Reverse

allcoinsaregood Pillar of the Community United States 808 Posts	Posted 04/12/2024 4:42 pm Interesting 1998 P Roosevelt dime with horizonal lines behind the elements of the reverse (Olive and Oak branches, body of the Torch). I don't know if it is a planchet issue or a reverse Die issue! So I thought perhaps some one has seen this before. Take a look at the pics, the obverse seems normal. Regards to all.
