That would be a scrape or hit a circulation hit on the obverse. But what is that big bump on the reverse (on the wing)?

As has been suggested, never you think you may have a double die then go varietyvista.com and try to find a match. If you do not find an EXACT match then you probably have some form of non-collectible doubling such as Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling.

FYI doubled dies are varieties, not errors.
