This one shouldn't even be up for debate but my friend & I are in disagreement over this coin. I say it can't be anything but a Proof. He is adamant it is in Proof Like condition. We agreed.... loser buys the winner a decent bottle of sipping Anejo Tequila. What say you? Settle this for us. Thanks for looking.

You probably already know this but the giveaway on yours are the frosted devices. A PL coin will not have this. PL coins are just well struck coins from a very fresh business die and will have really nice fields and sometimes what looks like light frosting but not.
