This is called the C4 reverse. This reverse wasn't used until ~1900. A common mistake that counterfeiters make is using the wrong reverse die on Morgans. This is the first place I look to determine if a coin is even remotely genuine. Plus, yours has the "artificially aged" appearance that many of the copies have.
