I bought this coin off of a fellow CCF member for a fair price. The coin has some great eye appeal aside from the errors. This is a tilted die clash listed on maddieclashes as ADC-1c-1960D(SD)-21. I do see some clashing on the bottom left of the bust representing the "E" I believe. This area is not shown on the maddieclashes listing though. http://www.maddieclashes.com/adc-1c-1960d-21sd/Looks like a slight progression of LDB4-1960D(SD)-021 4FH+ with the break extending more around the top of E and the side of R (making it look like a split leg serif). The die scratches on either side of the E seem to confirm this. http://cuds-on-coins.com/ldb4-1960d/Definitely a RPM but I couldn't cross check all 200+ RPM's on Coppercoins. The coin did look a little heavy to me and does weigh 3.18g Thanks for looking!

A superb coin you've added @coinhi. My fave part is those die chips in BER!

Great example. MM location looks like a match to RPM-038

BIEs and RPMs are common on 60s. The clash is what makes this coin stand out. I've never seen this one. Great coin.

Quote: Definitely a RPM but I couldn't cross check all 200+ RPM's on Coppercoins. I tried checking the 30+ small dates RPM's on CC's with no positive results yet. Will try again later. Cross reference RPM-038 doesn't seem to match. Will check CONECA: as well as Wexlers later or as time permits. Thanks, Doug.

Thanks Doug, you can narrow down the choices by looking at "small date" listings only. RPM-038 is a large date so that won't work. I've looked through a lot of them already and surprisingly I see none of the listings associated with a BIE break.

There are a pile of these 1960's clashes, so many, there is a direct link for all the listings just for them on the Mad Die Clashes main links on the left of the home page. Greg, here is the correct listing for the clash and it shows the RPM and BIE with it also. LINK https://www.maddieclashes.com/adc-1c-1960-20sd/ ADDED: Here is a pic to show where all of these listing can be found.

Thanks Makecents, Now I'm confused about the stages. I did link to the same clash in my initial post but yours is a better one.
