Difficult to assess without the coin in-hand. Does look quite nice.

Tough to assess the surfaces of a DMPL coin by photos, but it definitely looks better than a 61 to me.

Tough to say from the provided photos.. that being said it does look nicer then a 61 could be a 62 or 63. Lovely looking coin!
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

Looks to be MAYBE two grades higher than that from the photos. Of course, we can't judge the mirrors, but I would definitely be asking for a reconsideration from ANACS at the very least. At MS63 or better, the difference in value is well-worth submitting to another TPG if you decide to do that.

Could get MS-62 or MS-63 at best, if you get it regraded. No guarantees though. It's a hit or miss.

Send it to PCGS they are the best TPG for value and coins their holders are easier to resell
