Yes, appears to be a die crack, which gets a little wider as it comes up to the rim.

Neat find!

I think this would qualify as a Cud (at least to cuds-on-coins). Certainly more than just a simple crack there.

That is a good question but I don't know. I personally would send them separately, so you can have what you are submitting in the subject line of each email. Less confusion.
