 Looks like a hit to me that displaced the metal a bit to the right.I see a small divot to the left on the 1. John1

I agree with john1. If you follow that divot on top of one it continues to the nine (same width).

Just to be clear,I am aware of the die chip on the 1,but with the divot on the ops coin I am still leaning towards a hit. It could be the known die chip though. John1
